There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Tâghût and believes in Allâh, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower. Al- Baqarah
So,finally the High Court has ruled that it is okay for Christians to use the word "Allah" in their churches. I was rather disappointed - not with the Courts ruling, but with the attitude of the present day Christian leadership. I think Christians are just provoking the Muslims. The Muslims attitude is- Live and let be. But the Christian seems to be encroching on Muslim ground.
The other distressing side is this. The Muslims leaders who opposed the use of the word, "Allah" by non- Muslims, were all related to financial and sex scandals at one time or the other. It's no point trying to appear godly when the personal record is tainted with colourful what nots.
My personal feelings are this- its very easy to be discussing the uniqueness of God's name. Lets take for example- Islam means submission to God. A Muslim is someone who believes the Quran to be the final revelation of God (After the Torah and the Injil) and Muhammad( pbuh)as the Apostle of Allah. Those who want to call God " Allah"- do you believe this? If not, then I suggest, don't use it. Further , Islam means submission to God- have you surrended you self to Allah? Its very easy to use His name- but have you surrendered yourself to him?? So-Non- Muslims- cut the easy talk and examine yourself!

THE GREATEST "SANDIWARA" IN MALAYSIA.
People are generally proud of their own cultures but Malaysians obviously love their cultures and even boast about it. But one of the besetting shortcomings of the Malaysian culture is that it is so full of colourful drama. There is the Malay drama, the Chinese drama and of course the emotionally charged Indian drama straight from Chennai, Tamilnadu in India.- "Sandiwara" is a better description of it. And its obvious that it became a part of local politics a long time ago.And the sandiwara goes on. All Malaysians, especially Indians are advised to sit back and enjoy the entertainment. Given the present political atmosphere, there is very little you can do.

You are just being plain stupid ,stupid and stupid.Listen to some advice.Go and look at your bank balance and think how to increase it. Don't waste your time, energy and money building another temple.Thursday, August 20, 2009
THE EVIDENCE.(no reference to Teoh Beng Hock's case)
An Indian goes to Australia and goes to Woolworths (A grocery store inAustralia). He finds cat food at special prices. He picks a dozen cans of cat food and goes to check out. The Manager gets suspicious. He thinks that this guy cannot have a cat and will probably feed cat food to his kids. He asks the Indian to show him his cat before he could let him have cat food. The Indian goes home and returns with a cat and gets to buy the cat food. Next week the Indian finds dog food at special prices. He picks a dozen cans of dog food and goes to check out. The Manager again gets suspicious. He thinks that this guy has a cat but he cannot have a dog and he will probably feed dog food to his kids. He asks the Indian to bring and show him the dog before he can let him have dog food. The Sardar goes home and returns with a dog. He gets to buy the dog food. Next week the Indian comes to Woolworths with a bag. He asks the manager to put his hand in the bag. The Manager puts his hand in the bag, feels some thing slimy and immediately takes it out. He shouts at the Indian, What the F*** is this? Is this shit you Idiot? The Indian calmly replies, “Yes, and I want to buy toilet paper.

WHERE ARE THEIR REPRESENTATIVES?

Learn the lesson- its when you need people most, that they will let you down.In 1987 I learnt a bitter lesson- and the lesson came from a bosom pal. It took a long time to recover but the memories still remain.I think it will remain with me me until my last breath. Since then, I keep all monkeys at bay.Its the safest course to take. The worse situation is life is to depend on someone else. Dependability takes away our freedom and makes us very vulnerable. Strive to get your independance. This is the surest way to prevent getting let down. My opinion the Kg Buah Pala is this... the residents must realize the fact that life is full of treachery and betrayals. No doubt you feel betrayed by those who promised you the moon before the elections. But on the other hand you must not be unreasonable. The developer has offerd you an alternative and you must consider it. For the developer I have this to say-- your offer must not be vague and ambiguous. The terms and conditions must be more specific. Only when both parties stop their bullshitting, will there be some progress. The next "face off" is set for 1st September 2009.Thursday, August 13, 2009
DECISIONS ON THE ISA
CURRENT LAW JOURNAL [2008] 1 CLJ
ABD MALEK HUSSIN V BORHAN HJ DAUD & ORS
The practice of torture of any kind is to be detested. This was therefore an appropriate case to award exemplary damages. The behaviour of the Defendants is inhumane, cruel and despicaple. In particular, the conduct of the then Inspector General Of Police was shameful and a disgrace.Further, the award of exemplary damages is necessary to show the abhorrence of the Court of the gross abuse of the awesome power under the ISA.On the facts and in the circumstances,an award of RM1,000,000 as exemplary damages is appropriate.
JUSTICE HISHAMUDIN MOHD YUNUS,HIGH COURT MALAYA,KUALA LUMPUR.
First he riots, then he gets thrashed by the police, later sues the police in Court and WINS!!!And finally he walks away with a cool RM1,000,000.I dont mind getting picked up by the police sometime.

RM1 BILLION LOST.
Last week firefighters in the Malaysian village of Kampung Jabor were called in to remove the bloated snake (pictured) from a roadway. The reptile had swallowed an entire pregnant sheep and was too full to slither away and digest its supersize meal.
RM1 BILLION!!! (RM1,000,000,000)!!! Thats the amount that was swallowed by Malaysian snakes, venomous vipers and and phythons. I think even the snakes can learn something from our "respectable" Malaysian politicians. They come in many guises- Datuks, Tan Sri's and a host of other polished titles from Senior Executives , Yang Berhormats and what nots.Of course, they are all here t0 serve our beloved country and can raise their hands and sing the negara -ku with the most sincere voices. The truth is, everyone is just there to line their own pockets How can RM1 billion go missing in fraudulent claims? Its almost impossible. But, wait a minute!! This is our beloved country Malaysia- and our slogan is "MALAYSIA BOLEH".
The PKA (Port Klang Authority is lodging a police report today against the PKFZ developer(Post Klang Free Zone) Kuala Dimensi Sdn. Bhd over the alleged irregularities totalling up to RM1 billion.
This is what is going to happen. Just look at our unillustrious history. There is goign to be a wild goose chase. The chase will lead up to someones door. But the authorities will be reluctant to go in because the door belongs to a powerful guy.So look for a scapegoat, someone who has already lost his power. Tan Sri Eric Chia's case ia a classic example. The Perwaja Steel fiasco-he was the previous PM's choice. Later a scandal emerged that cost the PERWAJA STEEL something like RM100 million. Despite 44 witnesses appearing for the prosecution, finally the case was thrown out and the man walked free.
That's our history and every Malaysian should be proud of it!! That is what is going to happen in the Port Klang case too- because the evidence will lead to the door............ of a very powerful man.......... from the previous administration.... who is now lying low.....away from the limelight... living in a multimillion mansion bigger than Khir Toyo's....... Since I do not want to be picked up under the ISA or the Sedition Act, I'd rather stop here. MALASIAN OFF LINE
