THE GREATEST "SANDIWARA" IN MALAYSIA.

People are generally proud of their own cultures but Malaysians obviously love their cultures and even boast about it. But one of the besetting shortcomings of the Malaysian culture is that it is so full of colourful drama. There is the Malay drama, the Chinese drama and of course the emotionally charged Indian drama straight from Chennai, Tamilnadu in India.- "Sandiwara" is a better description of it. And its obvious that it became a part of local politics a long time ago.

And the sandiwara goes on. All Malaysians, especially Indians are advised to sit back and enjoy the entertainment. Given the present political atmosphere, there is very little you can do.

THE INDIAN DILEMMA.

Comeon lah Indian!! Its time to reflect and maybe reexamine your religious attitudes. Shah Alam is a predominantly Malay area and you want another temple there? Dont we have enough temples? You are just being plain stupid ,stupid and stupid.Listen to some advice.Go and look at your bank balance and think how to increase it. Don't waste your time, energy and money building another temple.

THE EVIDENCE.(no reference to Teoh Beng Hock's case)

An Indian goes to Australia and goes to Woolworths (A grocery store inAustralia). He finds cat food at special prices. He picks a dozen cans of cat food and goes to check out. The Manager gets suspicious. He thinks that this guy cannot have a cat and will probably feed cat food to his kids. He asks the Indian to show him his cat before he could let him have cat food. The Indian goes home and returns with a cat and gets to buy the cat food. Next week the Indian finds dog food at special prices. He picks a dozen cans of dog food and goes to check out. The Manager again gets suspicious. He thinks that this guy has a cat but he cannot have a dog and he will probably feed dog food to his kids. He asks the Indian to bring and show him the dog before he can let him have dog food. The Sardar goes home and returns with a dog. He gets to buy the dog food. Next week the Indian comes to Woolworths with a bag. He asks the manager to put his hand in the bag. The Manager puts his hand in the bag, feels some thing slimy and immediately takes it out. He shouts at the Indian, What the F*** is this? Is this shit you Idiot? The Indian calmly replies, “Yes, and I want to buy toilet paper.

WHERE ARE THEIR REPRESENTATIVES?

Learn the lesson- its when you need people most, that they will let you down.In 1987 I learnt a bitter lesson- and the lesson came from a bosom pal. It took a long time to recover but the memories still remain.I think it will remain with me me until my last breath. Since then, I keep all monkeys at bay.Its the safest course to take. The worse situation is life is to depend on someone else. Dependability takes away our freedom and makes us very vulnerable. Strive to get your independance. This is the surest way to prevent getting let down. My opinion the Kg Buah Pala is this... the residents must realize the fact that life is full of treachery and betrayals. No doubt you feel betrayed by those who promised you the moon before the elections. But on the other hand you must not be unreasonable. The developer has offerd you an alternative and you must consider it. For the developer I have this to say-- your offer must not be vague and ambiguous. The terms and conditions must be more specific. Only when both parties stop their bullshitting, will there be some progress. The next "face off" is set for 1st September 2009.

DECISIONS ON THE ISA

CURRENT LAW JOURNAL [2008] 1 CLJ

ABD MALEK HUSSIN V BORHAN HJ DAUD & ORS

The practice of torture of any kind is to be detested. This was therefore an appropriate case to award exemplary damages. The behaviour of the Defendants is inhumane, cruel and despicaple. In particular, the conduct of the then Inspector General Of Police was shameful and a disgrace.Further, the award of exemplary damages is necessary to show the abhorrence of the Court of the gross abuse of the awesome power under the ISA.On the facts and in the circumstances,an award of RM1,000,000 as exemplary damages is appropriate.

JUSTICE HISHAMUDIN MOHD YUNUS,HIGH COURT MALAYA,KUALA LUMPUR.

First he riots, then he gets thrashed by the police, later sues the police in Court and WINS!!!And finally he walks away with a cool RM1,000,000.I dont mind getting picked up by the police sometime.

RM1 BILLION LOST.

Last week firefighters in the Malaysian village of Kampung Jabor were called in to remove the bloated snake (pictured) from a roadway. The reptile had swallowed an entire pregnant sheep and was too full to slither away and digest its supersize meal.
RM1 BILLION!!! (RM1,000,000,000)!!! Thats the amount that was swallowed by Malaysian snakes, venomous vipers and and phythons. I think even the snakes can learn something from our "respectable" Malaysian politicians. They come in many guises- Datuks, Tan Sri's and a host of other polished titles from Senior Executives , Yang Berhormats and what nots.

Of course, they are all here t0 serve our beloved country and can raise their hands and sing the negara -ku with the most sincere voices. The truth is, everyone is just there to line their own pockets How can RM1 billion go missing in fraudulent claims? Its almost impossible. But, wait a minute!! This is our beloved country Malaysia- and our slogan is "MALAYSIA BOLEH".
The PKA (Port Klang Authority is lodging a police report today against the PKFZ developer(Post Klang Free Zone) Kuala Dimensi Sdn. Bhd over the alleged irregularities totalling up to RM1 billion.

This is what is going to happen. Just look at our unillustrious history. There is goign to be a wild goose chase. The chase will lead up to someones door. But the authorities will be reluctant to go in because the door belongs to a powerful guy.So look for a scapegoat, someone who has already lost his power. Tan Sri Eric Chia's case ia a classic example. The Perwaja Steel fiasco-he was the previous PM's choice. Later a scandal emerged that cost the PERWAJA STEEL something like RM100 million. Despite 44 witnesses appearing for the prosecution, finally the case was thrown out and the man walked free.

That's our history and every Malaysian should be proud of it!! That is what is going to happen in the Port Klang case too- because the evidence will lead to the door............ of a very powerful man.......... from the previous administration.... who is now lying low.....away from the limelight... living in a multimillion mansion bigger than Khir Toyo's....... Since I do not want to be picked up under the ISA or the Sedition Act, I'd rather stop here. MALASIAN OFF LINE

THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH

The inquest has started into the shocking death of DAP political aide Teoh Beng Hock, with six of the 97 witnesses expected to be called today. MACC should not feign innocence. Surely they must know who did it by now as the grapevine is very strong in any human society.Probably the authorities are relying on the short memories of the Malaysian public. It is true- Malaysians have short memories. They easily forget the help they have received and more so when bad things happen. Because generally everybody wants to move on.And the media is there to help the public to forget. Just think. Where are the murderers in the Altantuyas case? And Kugan case? And the many others who died under mysterious circumstances while under police custody. MACC should stop pretending that they dont know anything. Surrender those murderers to the authorities if you want to get back a clean image. Mr. Teoh did not commit suicide. Someone else is responsible. My guess is that there must be at least 2 people. To those murderers I have this to say.You were so brave in assaulting an unarmed Malaysian cittizen and threw him down mercilessly? Why dont you come forward and show your brave face to the public now? Where are you, Mr. Hotshot???Many Malaysians want to see your face. You are nothing but another low lying coward hiding behind a Goverment uniform. You are a disgrace to the Malaysian community.I urge all Malaysians to stand together until we get justice for Mr. Teoh and his grieving family. We must continue to pursue this matter before another Malaysian becomes a victim in the hands of these uneducated animals among us. MALAYSIAN OFF LINE.

ITS THAT TIME AGAIN.

GEORGE TOWN: The demolition in Kampung Buah Pala did not take place Monday as scheduled, with land-owner Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Pulau Pinang's chairman Abdul Razak Mansor saying that the villagers have been given a one-day reprieve.
I know its a frustrating, feeling betrayed and let down by those who promsied you the moon before the elections.Malaysians must learn the reality- elections speeches do not need an introduction- because speeches anyone can make and the predators very well know this.Well someone has used the Court system again and outwitted the villagers who could not afford the litigation lawyers. In the last analysis its only the police whose name will get smeared for doing thier duty.
Well all Malaysians- the next time around when some political Jackass comes to you promising you the moon. prepare a document straightaway and ask him to sign it. If he hesitates- you can be sure he's just bullshitting. Somehow I suspect Dr. M's hand is behind all this. MALAYSIA OFF LINE

HOW MIC SHOULD SOLVE THE MAIKA SHARE ISSUES

KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 – Hundreds of anti-MIC protesters faced off with party loyalists in front of the party’s headquarters in the city centre here, causing the police to close major roads and call in reinforcements to break up the demonstrationf.Four large Federal Reserve Unit trucks were sent to the scene near the Putra World Trade Centre . It was the same unresolved issue again- Maika Shares. As one person put it-" My father died clutching his Maika Shares. THOSE BASTARDS!!!"
As with all political organizations, the MIC must have hidden away some stash here and there. All Malaysian politicians do that. Its no point pretending to be a Gandhi. A bad business judgment has been made, a leader has caused his people to lose their money and that is how history will judge him.
The MIC should not blame Datuk Subramaniam.( also known as Whisky Maniam) for his role in indirectly sabotaging the situtation by getting an injunction from the Court.
The right thing to do is to bring the concealed money out and pay these people off. I think Mr. Samy's hidden money alone can reimburse all the money that was lost. This kind of situation cannot be solved by blaming your rivals,or as seems the norm with MIC leadership- getting some thugs and whacking those who ask for their refund. Settle this before more people curse you on their deathbeds. My symphaties for all those who lost their life savings. But dont expect Mr.Samy to sacrifice anything on your behalf. From the beginning he was just there to line his pockets. He is no Gandhi either. Most Indians dont want him around and yet he lingers on and on. I think he has lost all sense of shame. Definitely there will be many joyful shoutings in the Indian Community on the day his body gives up his depraved soul. Thats for sure.

REMINDER TO MALAYSIAN POLITICIANS

If there is one thing I want to share with a Malaysian politicians, it is this. By your schemings you may have got to where you are, like all the others, hide all your ill gotten gains, and put on a smiling innocent face to the Malaysian public.Yes, you may be driven in a shining limousine, shining shoes and live in an enviable mansion and decorated with titles and shining badges. But there is no scheming your way out with your personal date with destiny.Remember, in the end life is very short and just like all the others you will have to leave everything behind and be carried to your lonesome grave.Dont go there with regrets. Get your life sorted out before YOUR BOOK is opened on the other side. I think no lawyer will be able to rescue you on that dreadful day. MALAYSIA OFF LINE

SCRATCH & WIN (SIC,LOSE)

KUALA LUMPUR: Seven angry and frustrated people who claimed to have been cheated in a scratch-and-win scam beat up two men allegedly involved in the scam. But Malaysians will never learn. We are the most gullible and stupid of all the homo sapien species. Currency scam, lottery scam, Nigerian scam, sms scam and now the scratch and win scam. The authorities have been warning us for a long time about every kind of scam and yet, still there are stupid Malaysians who fall for the crap. Hey guys out there-hands are not enough- you need to bring canes the next time around.(That is- if you are stupid enough to get conned again) . MALAYSIA BODOH

THE HONORABLE MALAYSIAN DATUK.

On Tuesday, police seized a total of 1 million psychotropic pills worth about RM20 million and arrested 13 people, including a Datuk, in Sungai Dua, in the biggest drug haul in the State this year.
The Most Reverent Title Datuk is given to distinguished individuals who contribute to Malaysian Society and they are honoured and respected for their achievements or contributions to Malaysia.Datuk Nicole David is a classic example. The World's Number One in squash. That's something Malaysians are proud of.(Of course there are exceptions. like Datuk Shah Rukh Khan). The Goverment has failed to explain what the actor contributed.

But this Datuk is involved in the drug trade.I think its only possible in a country like Malaysia how this Jackass managed to get hold of such a title.Drugs are rotting the minds and bodies of youth today- but never mind - for this Datuk, the title is used to pass by police blocks, get invited to important gatherings where you get to meet other hot shots, and find ways to make the the big bucks. In appearence a respectable person with a distinguished Title, but in reality- a disgrace to Malaysia. Its time to weed out these rats and send them where belong-SUNGAI BULUH PRISON!!! WHY I DID NOT JOIN HINDRAF

I was born here in Malaysia. In my earlier days, when I was looking for a job, I used to get frustrated reading in the papers."ONLY CHINESE PREFERRED" & " BUMIPUTRAS ONLY".Looked like I was heading for a lower class job. Needful to say all my ancestors were road sweepers, coolies for the British and rubber tappers. There was nothing to shout about in terms of family geneology. But somehow I got through Law School and managed to get out of the rut. Last month alone I billed an Australian Company RM........ for writing 2 letters.I think I got some brains. I will not be anybodys's roadsweeper or garbage collector. But I have to face the fact that I am a minority here in Malaysia. So I must plan for myself.I may have the brains, but my colour alone is enough to close the opportunity. The others may smilingly deny this but thats a fact every Indian here in Malaysia has got to face. Just go to the ATM at any banks here in Malaysia-only 3 languages wil appear- English, Malays and Chinese. The reality here is this- if you dont have money- you dont count- thats the bottom line.

One of the besetting setbacks of the Indian people is that we are deeply religious. Most of our religious festivals are nothing short of an embarassment. To say this very thing, I will be murdered by some Indian gangsters. Look at the land. I feel we have defiled the land that accepted us.Remember Indian, the Malays did not invite us here. It was the British who took advantage of Malays ignorance and brought us here. When the British left, they conveniently dumped us and left.So much for British values. Indians should not dramatize their way out of this fact by shouting in the streets.History cannot be rewritten. I will deal with this issue sometime.

I want to ask the Indian community- are temples more important than educating our people? How many gods and how many temples do we need? Just drive around the Brickfields area. There a temple in almost every street corner.I even came across a little god I had never met before-even those who prayed there did not know what it was-was black and had longer fangs than a vampire. I got the feeling that even the Count Dracula would get a heart attack seeing one of these "god' of ours.

"KALI GODESS OF VIOLENCE A recent report by the press trust of India stated that during the past three years more than 2,500 young boys and girls were sacrificed to goddess kali in India An AFP… more →"

And one of the recurring controversies with the Hindu people is this- wherever we go we have this ingrained habit of building a temple here and there- never mind if its Goverment land.Later when the authorities come to reclaim thier land- the Indians cause a problem. Cow brain Indians- would you like others to build their Churches and Mosques on your land? Would you sit still?

HINDRAF must tell the people in all honesty. DO NOT BUILD ANY MORE TEMPLES IN KUALA LUMPUR. Its a waste of time, energy and money. You will be doing a great disservice to the next generation if you smear their young impressionable minds with our ancestors religious bullshit-because that what it is. Unless this is spoken loud and clear , I WILL NEVER JOIN HINDRAF!!

CAN OUR PRIME MINISTER HANDLE THIS ?

The Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak met the family of the late Teoh Beng Hock at his office in Putrajaya yesterday. He promised that every effort would be made to find out the cause of the political aide's death. He said the same thing when Kugan died while under police custody. In our country, it is the favourite lyric of the administration whenever someone dies in police custody-" Every effort will be made..." but then it fizzles out soon. To date no one has been charged in Kugans case although he was brutally beaten to death whilst under police custody. Can a person be murdered just like that? DI MALAYSIA BOLEH!!

I doubt our Prime Minister will be able to handle the death of political aide, Mr. Teoh Beng Hock, and I will give you the reasons. Fisrtly, he himself was a suspect in the murder of Altantuya's case - but the authorities never had the guts to investigate him. There is this shadow over the present administration. The Star publication has gone all the way out to give him positive coverage now. I personally think the Star Publications should branch out into other business. I believe the prostitution business would be best suited for them right now- as it operates in the dark and focuses mainly on client satisfaction. MALAYSIA OFF LINE

TRUE LIES

It was Dr.M himself who personally handpicked Datuk Badawi but how soon his support for the Premier waned. His unending scathing critisms and disagreements with the newly formed Goverment started when the new premier showed no interest in the 2nd bridge to Singapore.Although Dr.M made his point, the disappointing thing is this- he claimed that after his resignation he would not exert his influence on the next premier or on UMNO.He was finished with politics. And the majority of Malaysians believed him and fell for the seasoned politicians crap. But then Datuk Badawi was a disappointment too. He claimed that the romantic rumours about him and his present wife were ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE.There was nothing between him and Jean Abdullah. And then,suddenly-lo and behold, an announcement of their marriage splashed all over the daily news.TRUE LIES!!Learn the lesson- be upfront and transparent or dont make any comments at all.Start scheming and lying and our trustability becomes history.

MALAYSIAN POLITICS

Once upon a time there was a sore famine in the land and so all the animals of the forest held a meeting to discuss this matter. The King of the Beasts, -His Majesty the Lion chaired the meeting and spoke up first- my brothers and fellow comrades, I believe that the reason for this famine is that one of us have offended God by a terrible unpardonable sin.So there is a heavy conviction in my conscience that a confession of our heinous crimes must be made today. I for one in my hunger have torn many of my fellow citizens to death and had them for lunch, dinner, crunched their bones and squeezed out their delicious marrows for supper. There is nothing like a blood soaked meal.I am still grieving for what I have done. Then the fox spoke out-I feel very humbled by your Majesty's honesty but I must confess that I have snatched many little lambs from their mothers arms and have had many great meals. For that I am sorrowful but I feel the real culprits are the Shephards since they were sleeping on their jobs. All the other eminences were assembled there -the tiger, bear , crocodile, snake, hyena and each in turn made their grim confession of murder, brutal killings, mutilations, rapes, cannibalism and the phythons sobbing confession of swallowing other citizens while still alive. Then all eyes fell on the ass and the ass nervously made his confession. Well my beloved countrymen -I distinctly remember some time ago that I passed by the old farmers house who lives at the edge of the forest.I could not help noticing the lump of lovely and delicious green grass in his farm So I quietly sneaked up and grabbed a mouthful and quickly slipped away.To this confession all the other animals shouted with one voice against the ass, screaming on top of their voices- Why you vile beast, how could you ever have the heart to do such a heinous crime against an old farmer? SURELY YOU ARE THE REASON FOR THE FAMINE!!! And in the commotion, they tore the ass to death.

MR.COMPASSIONATE

Sure, the feelings of Kampung Buah Pala residents have been ruffled and its apparent they have to evacuate soon. The deadline is the 2nd of August 2009. If the residents don't evacuate by then, the police will be there with their batons and shields while the tractors bulldoze their homes to the ground.
When our beloved Mr. Samy heard about the plight of those poor villagers,he lashed out at the Chief Minister and made a statement to this effect-"Mr. Lim Guan Eng can solve this issue with the stroke of a pen!"WHAT COMPASSION!! But unfortunately, he could not solve the Maika share issues after more than 2 decades. A few days ago, when one victim who lost all his life savings approached his son for an explanation, he was kicked and whacked by a few guys who surrounded the Honourable Minister's son. Well, I guess the investor got his answer- clear and loud. And anybody else who raises the issue again will get the same response.Dont bother the police. You won't get anywhere.
To all the Malaysian politicians out there-don't promise the people what you cannot deliver.Simply put- DON'T DELIVER COCK TALK. MALAYSIA OFF LINE.
PS. The Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng is to be commended for going out of his way to settle the residents of Kg. Buah Pala's grievances.Sincere Regards, Sir.

A REAL TRAGEDY

Like many Malaysians, I read about this incident with much anger and sorrow. Can a life be snatched away just like that in our country? First it was Kugan's death and now its Mr. Teoh. What is more aggravating was the fact that when the investigations began, there were threatening (anonymous, of course) phone calls demanding that the investigations stop or pay the price. These are the pathetic cowards who hide behind neat uniforms and fancy titles. One hopes that the present administration will have the guts to weed out these rats. They are an affront and an embarassment to Malaysia and also to the International Community. The impression given by the MACC is that Teoh was seen loitering in the building and the inference is that he jumped and committed and suicide.Obviously they must be thinking that Malaysians are stupid and easily deceived.Come on - he was registering his marriage the next day, a day that couples eagerly look foward to. And he decided to jump? I hope to see some arrests very soon. One thing is for sure-no more votes for BN the next time.
My deepest condolences to the family of Teoh Beng Hock.

WELCOME FRIEND

Well, so far I have avoided all reference to the political scene as I dont think anything will change in the so called new future. We are gullible enough to fall for anything. First it was the crap about Bangsa Malaysia. And now its recycled crap thrown at Malaysians again, and its new name?-1 Malaysia. To convince everyone- all you have to do is to show some advertisements of some young Malaysians in their various traditional costumes, posing together or worse still - dancing together. Its quite obvious that some of these so called traditional dances are hoplessly outdated and nothing short of an embarassment to the country. Its time to wake up and address the real issues that are confronting the nation now. MALAYSIA OFF LINE
