GEORGE TOWN: The demolition in Kampung Buah Pala did not take place Monday as scheduled, with land-owner Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Pulau Pinang's chairman Abdul Razak Mansor saying that the villagers have been given a one-day reprieve.I know its a frustrating, feeling betrayed and let down by those who promsied you the moon before the elections.Malaysians must learn the reality- elections speeches do not need an introduction- because speeches anyone can make and the predators very well know this.Well someone has used the Court system again and outwitted the villagers who could not afford the litigation lawyers. In the last analysis its only the police whose name will get smeared for doing thier duty.
Well all Malaysians- the next time around when some political Jackass comes to you promising you the moon. prepare a document straightaway and ask him to sign it. If he hesitates- you can be sure he's just bullshitting. Somehow I suspect Dr. M's hand is behind all this. MALAYSIA OFF LINE
