KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 – Hundreds of anti-MIC protesters faced off with party loyalists in front of the party’s headquarters in the city centre here, causing the police to close major roads and call in reinforcements to break up the demonstrationf.Four large Federal Reserve Unit trucks were sent to the scene near the Putra World Trade Centre . It was the same unresolved issue again- Maika Shares. As one person put it-" My father died clutching his Maika Shares. THOSE BASTARDS!!!"
As with all political organizations, the MIC must have hidden away some stash here and there. All Malaysian politicians do that. Its no point pretending to be a Gandhi. A bad business judgment has been made, a leader has caused his people to lose their money and that is how history will judge him.
The MIC should not blame Datuk Subramaniam.( also known as Whisky Maniam) for his role in indirectly sabotaging the situtation by getting an injunction from the Court.
The right thing to do is to bring the concealed money out and pay these people off. I think Mr. Samy's hidden money alone can reimburse all the money that was lost. This kind of situation cannot be solved by blaming your rivals,or as seems the norm with MIC leadership- getting some thugs and whacking those who ask for their refund. Settle this before more people curse you on their deathbeds. My symphaties for all those who lost their life savings. But dont expect Mr.Samy to sacrifice anything on your behalf. From the beginning he was just there to line his pockets. He is no Gandhi either. Most Indians dont want him around and yet he lingers on and on. I think he has lost all sense of shame. Definitely there will be many joyful shoutings in the Indian Community on the day his body gives up his depraved soul. Thats for sure.
